Youth Developers Collaboration (YDC) is a theatre enterprise that offers creative services for young people and students in modern theatre, cinema, music, fashion design, visual arts, and poetry, with the mission to unlock the potential of children and young people through immersion in driving their works into community social change. YDC provides in interactive theatre awareness while involving young creative workshops and performances in secondary schools, colleges and rural communities while highlighting the human rights issues of children, youth, and women in a society found to be neglected and disregarded of their contributions and strengths in Education, Mental health, Sexual Reproductive health rights, Gender equality and Political Governance.

YDC first began its effort in 2019, as a creative laboratory for young people in performing arts. YDC Theatre is a member of both the International Theatre Association for Children and Young People (ASSITEJ) and the National Theatre Association of Malawi (NTAM). Multi-Award Winning theatre house and supply services include stage drama performances, Theatre for Children and Young people, comedies, talk shows, Street shows, contemporary dance shows, theatre for development (TfD), community mobilization and public awareness campaigns, theatre training, theatre research, and theatre consultation.
